Tamil Nadu: November 1st Special Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls | Chennai news

CHENNAI: A person who has reached the age of 18 on January 1, 2022 and would like to be enrolled or a voter who wants to delete, correct and convert existing electoral rolls can do so between November 1 and 31.
The electoral commission has announced a month-long special revision of the photo electoral lists. The integrated draft of the electoral roll will be published on November 1st and requests and objections will be resolved on December 20th.
The final publication of the electoral roll will take place on January 5, 2022.
The forms must be submitted to the stand officer / election registration officer / deputy election registration officer on every working day. It can be handed in to the stand representatives on special election campaign dates in the respective voting booths, the date of which will be announced.
Proof of address and age must be submitted along with the forms for entering names on the electoral roll. The online submission is made via www.nvsp.in and the mobile app for the voting helpline.
