SPRINGFIELD — Celebrity bartenders poured drinks on Wednesday evening for a good cause.
Bankers, manufacturers, retailers and others worked the bar at the Student Prince and Fort Restaurant to raise funds for Junior Achievement of Western Massachusetts.
Al Kasper, President and CEO at Savage Arms; Carla J. Cosenzi, president of TommyCar Auto Group; and Rick Sullivan, president of Western Massachusetts Economic Development Council were among those who took part in the event.
For more than 100 years, Junior Achievement of Western Massachusetts has provided economic education and financial literacy programs to the youth of Western Massachusetts and Vermont.
Junior Achievement of Western Massachusetts impacts thousands of young people each year, opening their minds to their potential and preparing them for life after graduation.
