The abandoned Blackborough House is being converted into luxury apartments

Converting the historic but derelict Blackborough House into residential buildings, expanding the hotel at High Bullen Golf & Country Club and working on an Exeter McDonalds are some of the latest planning proposals to have been submitted across Devon.

Dozens of planning applications are submitted to local authorities every week, and the coronavirus pandemic hasn’t changed that.
