In the latest and final episode of Celebrity IOU, American singer Josh Groban surprises Mark Stephens with a garage makeover. If you don’t know Mark, let’s tell you that he and Josh have been making music together for nearly two decades now!
Josh, the Grammy-winning musician, is working with the Property Brothers to renovate part of their California family home. While the singer is giving the bandmate’s garage a new look, here’s everything you need to know about their longstanding friendship.
Meet the Grammy-nominated musician
Mark has made a name for himself over the years for working with some of the music industry’s biggest names, including Diana Ross, Chaka Khan, Alanis Morrisette, James Ingram, David Sanborn, Larry Carlton, George Duke, and Take 6.
Growing up on the neighboring Monterey Peninsula, he moved to Los Angeles when he was 20. Although he was nominated for a Grammy for his keyboard skills, according to his official website.

Where is Mark Stephens now?
On July 26th, Marked surprised his fans with his new number ROCKABYE, which, according to the musician’s Facebook post, is available for streaming on iTunes and “all streaming platforms”.
In an interview with PEOPLE, Josh said that Mark has been making music in his garage since last year during the ongoing pandemic.
With the help of the Scotts, the singer transforms the garage into a recording studio.
And Josh also took the opportunity to praise Mark for who he is. “He’s humble. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone around him is looked after and never asks for much. I’m really happy to show him how much he is valued, ”said Josh.

Long before the episode centered around his garage renovation aired, Mark went to Facebook to thank Josh for the gesture. He noted in the post that he was “overwhelmed with gratitude” for Josh. .
Mark wrote, “I am totally overwhelmed and still in shock that he would do something like this for me and my family. I’m just overwhelmed with gratitude Josh !!! Much love!!! Thank you!!!”
In the same post, he also revealed that Josh even worked with the Property Brothers to build a new backyard for him.
